Yoga Happenings ...

TAOS, NEW MEXICO RETREAT with Patsy and Tracy Two Weekend Workshops: July 12 & 13 and/or July 19 & 20 Daily Sunrise and Sunset Yoga and Meditation Practice: July 14 – July 18 Weekend workshops are Saturday & Sunday 9am -12pm, including Sunday Kirtan at the Hanuman Temple followed by lunch at the Ashram. Call the studio for pricing, hotel and travel information.

July 19th – Full Moon Journey & Fire Cleansing Ceremony with Mona Rain Utilize the powerful energies of the full moon for purifying, cleansing & transformation, 7-8:30pm, love donation. Bring rattles & drums!

July 22nd – Restorative Yoga Workshop by candlelight with Kim – Be thoroughly pampered with therapeutic adjustments, massage, reiki, aromatherapy and guided meditation as you journey inward and renew your mind, body and spirit, 6-8pm, $50. Space is limited to 15 lucky participants so reserve early.

August 2nd & 3rd – Sacred Crystal Healing with MIKA, recognized worldwide for his excellence in teaching on crystals and energy healing. Saturday 12 – 6pm and Sunday 11am – 6pm Classes offered separately ($125 each day) or together ($225 for both). Call the studio to register and get more info on the topics to be covered. Private crystal healing sessions with MIKA available August 4th & 5th.

Crystal Journey is cancelled for July 10th and July 17th.

Yogassage has been cancelled for the month of July only.

Kids class has been cancelled for the summer but will resume in the fall.
